1 bed = 100
2 bed = 189
3 bed = 10
The development is on either side of the fire-damaged Church of the Ascension, with three apartment blocks on each. The scheme includes 197 parking spaces.
Each plot is to feature two L-shaped blocks to either side and a rectangular block in the middle, with the side closest to the church being four storeys, stepping up to five then six towards the outside.
Designed in-house by Countryside Living, the project represents the fifth phase of the masterplan area set out by Salford City Council and Countryside that started development in 2005.
Building works commenced in September 2018, covering two parcels of land on Clarence Street in Broughton.
Following groundworks, we provided scaffold for the timber framed construction, a specialism of ours, from April 2019 for a 12 month duration.
